12-30-12 Pastor Dave Lennander – The Lord’s Supper & Hope of Heaven

Greetings,

We are on the doorstep of a new year – 2013! Who can know what is coming up in this year? But our Lord Jesus is in control of the future. A new year is a good time to look forward into the future. This weekend I want to look into the distant future and look at the topic of heaven. There are over 500 verses that deal with heaven in the Bible. God wants us to long for and be looking for this great hope. I am going to do things a little different. I am going to try and do a group meditation with feedback and comments from those in attendance as we together discuss a passage on heaven – Revelation 21:1-8. If you would like, read this passage ahead of time and think about the wonder of the tremendous future in store for all who are believers in Jesus Christ. Prepare your heart for the Word and the Lord’s Supper!

This Sunday December 30th, we will have our two regularly scheduled services as normal at 9am and 10:45am.
